Bjørn Erik Haugen

The Norwegian sound and video artist Bjørn Erik Haugen works from a conceptual platform where the idea comes before the material, media or way of expression. Haugen aims to make his audience reflect and discuss the speculative and spectacular of what they experience in everyday life - everything from commercial boards, banners, internet and computer games to TV and video. His works have been shown on the annual national autumn exhibition in Norway, and have been screened in Wienna, Barcelona, Sweden, Germany, England and in USA.
