DJ Copyflex

1977
Norway

The main instrument of composer, DJ and sound designer Åsmund Boye Kverneland alias DJ Copyflex is his laptop. Kverneland was born in Stavanger, Norway and raised in a home where they listened to jazz, classical and bigband music. In an early age he tuned in to punk and noise, and in 1998 he met Bjørn Svin, who inspired him to explore electronica. Kverneland became a DJ by accident when his live gear broke down just one hour before a show back in 2005 - And he liked it! He has played with and alongside great artists such as Kid Kishore, D/J Rupture, Sany Pitbull, Ane Trolle, Trentemøller, Camille Jones, Diplo and many others.

DJ Copyflex will perform on Day 3 of NORDIC MUSIC DAYS 2010.
