Ejnar Kanding
The Danish composer Ejnar Kanding graduated from The Royal Danish Academy of Music in Copenhagen, completing the Solo Composition Class with a debut concert in 1996. Since then, Kanding has concentrated on chamber and solo compositions with the computer as a central tool both in the process of composing and in the musical performance. Kanding’s aesthetics are permeated by opposites in a stylistically homogeneous sound world: The static versus the dynamic, simplicity versus complexity, and the unambiguous versus the ambiguous.
