Gilles Gobert

Gilles Gobert graduated from the Conservatoire Royal de Mons and followed master classes in composition with Helmut Lachenmann, Tristan Murail and Magnus Lindberg among others. He is the musical director of the ensemble OI\I and of the vocal ensemble Alternances. Furthermore, he composes vocal, instrumental and mixed pieces interpretated by Musiques Nouvelles, Arne Deforce, the string quartet Danel, the Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie and others.
