The Icelandic composer Rikhardur H. Fridriksson studied composition at the Reykjavik College of Music, at the Manhattan School of Music in New York, the Accademia Chigiana in Siena and at the Royal Dutch Conservatory in The Hague. Fridriksson has written both instrumental and electro-acoustic compositions, which have been performed all over the world. Currently, he lives in Reykjavik and divides his time between teaching Music History and making computer music.
