Nordic Music Days 2010 takes place in Copenhagen September 8th – 11th, but the festival is already bursting with activity!

Thirty of the Nordic composers, whose works have been chosen by the festival jury, have been interviewed as an alternative to the traditional composer biography.

Two set designers Palle Steen Christensen and Nicolaj Spangaa have started designing the concert venue in Christiania, which will be one of the central venues of the festival.

School classes across the country have been working with new nordic music through the school year and have signed up for the workshop and school concert during the festival.

High School students have been enrolled in the working process of the composer’s collective DYGONG as co-creators of a concert during Nordic Music Days. Etc, etc,…
