RE:NEWING THE MUSIC
Folk music by Frederiksholms Channel, fiery percussion improvisation, new music for baroque instruments, concert with Ensemble ON from Belgium and an intimate concert with 4 Elements: Nordic Music Days 2010 comes to a festive conclusion!
The setting for the last evening of the festival is Borups Højskole in the middle of Copenhagen. A number of different musicians and ensembles will fill the courtyard, foyer and concert hall with an impressive string of musical surprises. Experience Happy Folk, Frode Andersen, PACE Percussion Trio, 4 Elements, etc.
Ensemble ON is a recent addition to the Belgian scene, and with their catching passion for music, engaging concerts and high standards they have attracted a lot of positive attention both in and out of Belgium. Join us for a novel take on Nordic music. During the evening, the festival will offer something to eat.
